"I’ve been coming here since 2019 but will not be coming back now that Dr. Dolian is no longer there and Dr. Maxwell is down to part-time. I had great experiences with them in the past, but the recent vet and vet tech I saw were awful. They both rushed through the visit and wouldn’t let me get a word out while also making belittling statements towards me. I was barely able to get helpful instructions for my 10 year old, FIV+ cat before they were rushing me out the door. The actual time talking with the vet was MAYBE 10 minutes and she spent that time dismissing me, cutting me off, and mocking me for taking my cat to 2 vet visits in the previous month even while knowing that my cat has FIV and needs to be seen proactively for any concerns because he does not have a working immune system to fight off infection/illness. The front desk staff are wonderful and so helpful, but I do not feel comfortable trusting my pets’ care with providers who treat me and my pet that way."
"I would absolutely recommend their grooming! Phyllis was amazing to work with, being so gentle and sweet to my elderly long haired cat. I am so glad I met her!"
"My fur baby broke his foot, I called next day and they got me in right away. Front desk was very kind. Tech and vet were super sweet and explained everything (including prices) thoroughly. They treated my baby like one of their own and were very gentle with him. Will for sure be making this our new vet."
"I have been taking my cat Dillon, there for about 2 years (she is only 3), and they are always professional, prompt and friendly."
"I moved to Dallas in October from North Carolina with my two dogs. My 16 year old Dachshund Dewey ( who happened to be in a wheelchair due to being paralyzed in his hind legs) and my 6 year old Chorkie Roxxy. Dewey has had a runny nose for the past week and last night he started coughing and breathing very heavy. I woke up this morning to him panting very badly so I called the vet and made an appt. They got me in the same day. Unfortunately.. on the way to the vet... Dewey stopped breathing in my lap and had passed away before we got to the clinic. I say all that to say this.. the moment I walked in the door carrying my dead best friend of 16 years the staff was so sweet and made sure that I was ok! I was a mess crying but they went out of their way to try to comfort me! I took him to the vet for a possible cold and ended up having to make cremation plans. Hardest day I've had in a very long time. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for treating my baby and myself with such respect! They even gave me the new patient discount even though they weren't able to treat him before his passing! I will most definitely be bringing my Chorkie to this clinic in the future! Thanks again for everything!"
