"Honestly guys if you really care about your dog, Don't bring them here. I can't believe how long we dealt with these issues, thinking it would get better. Their wellness plan is such a scam and how much they're asking for a month is not worth what is included. The 4 years we've been here we have never been shown a test result, an xray result, or even see them administer a shot because they don't even let you go in the back with your dog. I have 2 dogs, one just gets nervous but is fine but another one is terrified. He ended up having a seizure one day while we were there and they didn't care about how scared I was because I didn't want to do more tests. rightfully so because months later I never received the one ex ray they did and never heard back from the doctor. they just told me from now on to put him on TRAZADONE the next time I bring him in and had me muzzle him. Also not once but TWICE they said we should remove 2 lumps "as soon as possible" because they look to be cancerous. Both ended up going away on their own. and hint hint "as soon as possible" was during the window of us not having the anesthesia under the plan since we had already used it for the year. as another review said this place "MILKS YOU FOR YOUR MONEY" The workers and especially the old front desk ladies are very rude and the complete opposite of welcoming. This place only cares about money."

My dogs were loved on, cared for, and I absolutely love that they have a couple of private rooms for you to wait with your pup if they stress easily.
