"St. Louis.Mercy: Slow. Technician had to replace-enter my ID and Ins information for each doctor, again. That all used to be in the Mercy system. Can’t see lab results for non-Mercy doctors. Technician distracted by colleague coming in and out."

"Quest Diagnostics billing practices are horrible. They sent us a huge bill 3 months after performing lab tests ordered by the doctor. Their bill says they went through our insurance, but looking at the bill it is evident they have not or have sent it to the wrong insurance places. In addition they have listed at least one test for over $500 that is not even recognizable as far as being done or requested by the doctor. Yet they have sent us a bill demanding payment upon receipt twice for the same thing in a period of 3 weeks. Now despite our health situations, we are having to fight to keep this corporation from continuing to bother us with this bill and even after the hospital billing dept sent them the correct billing information for us 3 weeks ago. It is apparent they have ignored this information and wish to continue to try to collect their bill from us rather than through proper insurance channels. This is not good and patient concerned practices on seniors who have always taken pride in paying legitimate bills in a timely manner. Even a one star is too high of a rating."

"I just came from your univwersity towers location and I will never go back there. I was 10 minutes late for my appt. due to problems in the garage. Then I had to check in using the new kiosk. Pencil and paper would have been much faster. The kiosk refused to move forward after I put in my name so I was given a number and I had to wait to be called in by number instead of name. Another patient and I waited at least 20 minutes for someone to appear at the yjindow. She asked the person waiting with me if he had registered at the kiosk. He had---after multiple failing attempts technician then said she would remove his name as he was now registered The technician then disappeared in a back room and we had to wait for someone else. It seems that there was only one person to take care of patients. She was unfriendly--probably stressed out from being the only person to take care of business. I l was able to leave after an hour of my scheduled appointment. I have had wait problems in the past with this location even with an appointment. This is the worst experience I have had. I will look for another location in the future. Also, the technicians at this location tend to be unfriendly and unsmiling. Mrs. Shirley Zeffren"

"Quest on Brentwood. Phlebotomyst . Put no pressure on my vein from blood test, i bled all over my clothrs. Same person did all clerical work on a bad computer, taking over 20 minutes. Never again."
