"The WORST motel I've ever walked into... Chunks of plaster missing from the walls, something sticky spilled all over the floor, the bathroom was disgusting and I wouldn't even consider using it. The window curtain was mesh, so anyone walking by can just look into your room... Bug traps in all 4 corners of the room - filled with lots of little bugs... They stopped doing any maintenance on this Motel decades ago. I'm working with the City to have it CONDEMNED !! You've been warned !! No refunds for any reason.... I've been in abandoned buildings that were in better shape than this motel !!"

"3.18.22 Beware of roaches. First thing I seen when I came in room 218 top floor is a roach crawling on the wall. Turned around and asked for a refund. He said he could only give another room. I said no I need a refund I don't do roachs. He did give me my refund. But there's a no refund sign on the door and I see why. I went to caseyville and got a way nicer room"

"I booked this room for three nights and only ended up staying one night because I didn’t feel safe. The curtains did not cover the windows. The man who’s in charge there, and Indian guy, refused to wear a mask when he entered my room. Very nasty man. Holes in the walls and in the sheets and everywhere else. After the first day he offered to give me a refund but he pulled a fast one on me and when he handed me the refund slip that popped out of the machine. It was really for someone else’s credit card. I paid with Discover and he handed me a credit card refund that was for MasterCard. Now I have to call the police to report him as a thief. I’ve also contacted Expedia who I booked the room through and also my credit card company to alert them that they need to give me a full refund. Overall, the place was nasty and dirty. Took several pics to support my claim"
