"Visiting from out of town. I was a bit surprised guests were charged $20 per day to park their vehicle. The public parts of the hotel appeared to be clean. I typically don't complain about a room and honestly forget to say something before I left. The bathroom seemed clean until I noticed the floor (grout) looked dirty in areas. The shower curtain was also pretty nasty. Also, I wanted to rate the view as 5 stars, but then realized there were finger prints on the glass. We got in late and I didn't notice until the AM that the TV also had greasy finger prints on it. Made me mentally question the cleanliness of the rest of the room."

"This place was amazing. Staff were helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Michelle was our bartender Thursday night and sh was just amazing. Thanks for making us the strawberry lemon drops!!! The rooms were clean and well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also, they had an on-site parking garage that was easy to use. The hotel is locked all the time, and guest key cards are used to get in. Which made us feel safe on our girls' trip. It is within walking distance to Union Market and 1.8 miles from the Gateway Arch.... we walked and wasn't a bad walk to take. Lastly, they have complimentary breakfast that had a lot of options. Thanks so much, I hope to come back again there!"

"I initially planned to stay at the Holiday Inn @ Convention Ctr like I always do, but I came across this one & was curious. Read the latest reviews, everyone spoke highly, so I booked. The reviews were not wrong! Lovely hotel, great staff. Yummy breakfast. Nice and CLEAN. And no noise at ALL after-hours. I will definitely be staying here from now on."

"My husband and I enjoyed every moment at this hotel. For it to be Labor Day weekend our stay was great. The staff was incredible, the breakfast was good, the room was pleasant and the bed was comfy. The location was everything. 10-15 min walk to Union Station, Aquarium, and Ferris Wheel. The view was amazing!"

"I enjoyed my stay here as rooms are massive for two people and I needed that as I was sharing it with a colleague who took the couch. They are located in a fairly accessible area not too far from the Arch or Union station. They have a nice breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised to find vegan breakfast options on alternate days. The sweet lady who manages breakfast told me that I could always request for vegan breakfast on all days too and if necessary make a prior request at the time of reservation."
