"This place is in terrible dissaray. Only 1 of 4 elevators work, the workout room is in shambles (all the treadmills have the heart cord ripped off so they don't work, elipticals are broken, all but the 15 lb weights are missing), the bar/restaurant downstairs is closed indefinitely, pool is closed off. It's convenient because it's right next to the casino, but that's about the only amenity this hotel offers. Not to mention when I checked in I was given either an occupied room or one that hadn't been cleaned yet, the TV was on and there was trash and all kinds of stuff everywhere so I had to go back down and get another room. Would not recommend."

"Basic maintenance is seemingly never done at this location. Elevators, cash machines, rewards kiosks that have been malfunctioning for months with no attention. Completely revamped their casino floor lounge only to tear it out and replace it with a new rewards desk a couple years later. The restaurants are nice although one in particular closed with no signs of anything coming to fill the space and they will likely never have a buffet again. There are better places to lose your money."

"Played craps for a few hours. The dealers were rude. Not really to me. But to many others. Nicholas was cool but that’s about it. It’s also the only casino I’ve ever been to that makes you pay for beers when playing table games. Insane. Lastly, the trash building up on the drink area beneath the craps didn’t get cleaned over the course of multiple hours. Many empty bottles, napkins, cigarette butts, etc. Actually one more thing: multiple areas in the casino smelled TERRIBLE! I can’t even describe it. I’ll mention the Grill was pretty good!"

"Casino was filthy, cigarettes and ashes on the floor, broken machines, no wait staff offering drinks, no staff walking around to help with service issues, even when a machine quit in the middle of play and the call button was engaged, still no help. Service desk, once found, had very helpful staff to get me my card. The bartender was quick and honest when I accidentally gave him much more than the total was accidentally. Needs much improvement."

"Christmas Eve dinner reservations at Morton’s. Slow SLOW service. Couldn’t get a drink in a timely fashion “bartenders backed up” go look at bar bartender has 2 people. Wouldn’t complain but after 15 minutes you start to wonder how the rest of the night will go. Appetizer took an incredibly long time. Manager came over at his own will stated how it had taken too long and comped the appetizer. That was necessary and appreciated. Sucky part is the staff made it feel like they’d be fine without you when I thought you as the guest were meant to be served. Which you’re paying for. We had lost an item during our stay. Bracelet. Taken? Lost? Hard to tell as we were not able to contact someone to review the security tape to assist in locating the item. Multiple requests for assistance have been made. Cannot recommend. There are other casinos in the area. I suggest those."
