Holiday Inn St Louis SW - Route 66, an IHG Hotel 10709 Watson Road, St. Louis, MO 63127

"We had a great stay here! Nice, friendly staff, pretty lobby, rooms were stylish and clean and the bed was very comfortable with butter soft sheets. We brought our dogs and they gave us a ground floor room with hardwood floor that was an easy in/out for walks. Grassy areas around the side and back of the large parking lot were plenty of room to walk our small dogs around. Only issue was that people drive very fast through the parking lot and the restaurant side gets busy with cars so keep a lookout! Slight annoyance with the small half carts for bringing in luggage, we bring our dog crates and had to bring them in one at a time, but otherwise loading was easy. There was lot of nice seating in the lobby and people had small gatherings out there, could potentially be loud on a busy night but we were there mid-week so it was nice and quiet. The Twisted Tree restaurant attached to the hotel is fantastic but skip the breakfast at Wakey Wakey. Wish they had a regular hotel breakfast buffet instead! Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"My brother and I were traveling through MO and needed to stop for the night. It was after midnight and we had no reservation, but Lucy at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. The room was a typical hotel room, nothing special. The bed, pillows, and sheets were the best part of the entire stay! Super comfortable and the sheets were silky. The downside to the room (106) was the shower. The bath faucet pulls away from the wall as you turn the shower on and the shower head was broken. The bath faucet was leaking water and the shower head also leaked which made for very low water pressure and volume actually making it out of the shower head. If the shower situation was better, this would easily have been a 5 star review. 5 stars go to Lucy and also to the hotel’s choice for their beds and bedding!"

"One of, if not the best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at. The staff are great, it's clearly been recently remodeled and the bar is top nothlch, because it's the same as the Twisted Tree next door... a top tier steakhouse. The bartenders are awesome as well. I cant say enough good things about this place."

"Clean reasonably priced and in good location close to six flags. Can get a little noisy of there is an event there but even with that the area around the rooms wasn't overly loud. The rooms have laminate flooring which is great for cleanliness"

"We checked in late this past Monday evening after a very long day of travel and Lucy (I believe that was her name) made us feel so at home and was SO welcoming and helpful! Absolutely one of the best front desk interactions we've had over the 200+ nights at hotels this year. The upgraded suite was a wonderful touch after a long day of travel. The renovations here are absolutely beautiful and we look forward to staying again! What a great little gem on 66! Thank you for making this stay so wonderful!"
