"Very disappointed with this day could not get towels. Washer and dryer were out of service. Shuttle did not run as advertised only by their convenience. Black mold in shower, heavy Cob webs in coroner, lack of overall attention. Language issues at front desk thermostat on heater did not work correctly with wake up in the middle of the night with 80° room."

"Key card stopped working 3 separate times in less than 24 hours. Mold in the bathroom and shower. Hair clippings on the sink. Entire atmosphere bleeds trouble. Have to love all the homeless walking around and the constant smell of weed on the first floor near the front desk."

"Please do not stay here with young families or teenage girls. It is not safe. I’m very serious. Our soccer team was booked here for 3 nights, and after night one, I changed hotels. There were multiple issues but cleanliness and safety were major issues. Out of 16 rooms booked we had: mold in the bathrooms, dried blood on a bed, doors that didn’t lock, food found in rooms, the aroma of marijuana literally everywhere, and a woman trying to get into multiple rooms during the day to “sleep”. The staff was really nice, but this not a safe hotel."

"Staff very friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms - ours appeared to be updated (we had two first floor),It's a no frills hotel , which is what we wanted, in a good area of town. Easy access to expressways and area restaurants. The included in the price continental breakfast was more than expected! Would certainly stay again."

"Our room looked quite nice at first, but the longer we looked, the worse it got. Brown stuff on a chair. Another chair looked like it had been chewed on. Beat up walls. Carpet was filthy. Poor selection of toiletries offered. And our toilet spewed water out of the side every time we flushed. Staff was mediocre at best. Breakfast was adequate, but I was looking forward to my hotel waffle and the batter was watered down. Bed was clean and comfortable at least. Slept well enough though, and we were only passing through."
