"Totally disappointed! What has happened to customer service??? My family and I frequent this establishment often. There’s never been an issue other than long lines at times. No Biggie, patience is of virtue. Possibly something has changed since the pandemic, well a lot has. On a recent visit to the location in Florissant, MO I went to purchase an item that had a sale shelf tag on the item which had expired. I thought in my past experience you are granted this price. It’s not the consumer’s fault the ad tag was inadvertently missed. The new sale had started which included an additional savings. Unfortunately, the Manager/Shift Leader did not honor it. Refused too in a nonchalant tone. I honestly feel like it was because of my nationality. I called the customer care line. Was advised that the regional manager would call me. Nothing yet. Needless to say, I will not be back!"

"I visited the Michaels in Florissant on Hwy 67. I went into replace a pencil case I had broken. They had blown up coupons attached to the shopping carts, saying 40% off of any regular priced items. I picked up a canvas and when I took it to the checkout the cashier said it was only on the double packages of canvas.I think the advertising is misleading. I also had some beads, but was informed that I had to purchase three to get three free. Really !! I so"

"Visiting my daughter had dinner and hit this Michael's on her side of town very clean and very well stocked happy and i was able to find things i couldn't get my hands on helpful ppl alway make my shopping experience better.was able to get things for my doll house my miniature was coming alive now thanks to this wonderful store so many choices."
