"Ordered a meal online and when it was picked up they said they were out of the fish tacos. When an order is placed online a phone number for the customer is entered. A quick phone call regarding this would have helped this situation. Instead we had to wait longer for them to make shrimp tacos. Better customer service is needed here."

"Ordered all u can eat wings first batch came out and we were told by the bartender Amber that we had to eat the 10 wings we had first before we can get another order second order took damn near 30min to come and the place was not packed we sitting at the bar looking stupid waiting on food. Second batch came out which was 6 wings and bartender basically pushed us out the door she rung up our check and sat it on the table and told me and my buddy we couldn't get anymore and that she was tired and worked 13hrs so I paid $22 for 16 wings.......Never again will I go to Florissant location I will continue to go to hooters downtown St.Louis"

"Food was great. My wife likes the steamed shrimps and she said they were very good. I typically get a burger or the Texas smoked wings. Either is great. Hooters has become my go to burger place. The general manager, Staci, is always super friendly and helpful. She takes great pride in making sure everyone is happy with their food and drinks. The Hooters girls are very friendly and knowledgeable about their food and drink choices."

"Ordered the crab legs and they were delicious. Deseree our server was awesome and just absolutely took the best care of us. Food came out hot and quickly. Drinks were cold. Will definitely come back for more."

"A rare miss when I entered Hooters on8/6/23. The food was hot but took an exceptionally long time to get. The waitress did the bare minimum but did check on me once."
