"I ordered two hand tossed hamburger pizzas. They delivered one hand tossed and one thin crust pepperoni pizzas. I hate pepperoni pizza. I tried to call but was on hold for 25 minutes listening to the very loud and obnoxious recordings they play while you are waiting for them to answer. After 25 minutes I gave up."

I thought the last time was a fluke so I let it go. But ai picked these up last night for dinner tonight and look at them. If I wanted plain boneless wings I would have ordered them without sauce. "I made a request to modify my order under special instructions which was totally disregarded because they don't see the special instructions until they ring up the receipt. I was then told that to get my order remade I would have pay for it! I request half cheese and half pepperoni & sausage extra sauce on both and the pizza NOT be cut. Needless to say that I won't be going back. Also after spending over FIFTY dollars for two pizza you still have to purchase the crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese unbelievable!"
"I guess today wasn't the day.. Normally I get great service and great food from this location. I always get light sauce and extra cheese so I know what it looks like. I could see the sauce through my cheese on my pizza. the counter person was not as friendly as she could have been."
