"I tried to make an appointment explaining to the receptionist this seemed urgent to me being referred by my PCP , she seemed asleep answering the phone then refused to handle my case unril she received the paperwork from my doctor. So we found another doctor, really terrible way to run a medical practice"

"You are a number here. I recently had a pulmonary embolism and aside from them helping dramatically with the Eloquis, they did nothing else. The office assistant argued with me about rules and procedures ( while I was in pain and barely able to breathe) They released me from the hospital with no pain control. I asked for assistance in minimizing the worst pain I've ever felt in my life and they rushed me home. I couldn't even lay down. I had to sleep sitting up. Then they only give you about 4 days worth of pain meds and tell you to call your PCP as if they don't understand how hard and far away appointments may be in modern day medicine. There is no empathy here. I am definitely finding a office that still cares about the people. It's all about numbers and money here."
