Calderon and staff patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. I appreciated that my entire procedure (micro-dermabrasion, IPL and skin tightening) was all conducted by Dr. Calderon herself. "BEWARE!!!!! The worst service I've ever had. Dr. Sheila Calderon was rude and sarcastic. I went to go get a co2 fractional laser and I have never had such a severe pain to this treatment. She only told me the pain would last for 3 hours post-procedure. The pain was so painful I had to go to the Emergency Room. This pain lasted me 2 days straight. The reason that I went to the ER was because Dr. Sheila Calderon did not pick up the phone at all. The staff even called her husband and nobody bothered picking up the phone. It wasn't until 2 days later she called back. I have this medical bill to pay for now and she was very unprofessional. I'm a 19 year old full time student paying for this out of pocket. I could have avoided going to the ER if Dr. Calderon picked ..."
