"Love my Doctor, Dr. SAM IS A WONDERFUL CARING PERSON ❤️"
"Guys I highly recommend this place, but mostly this lady, she helped with my chip, my pregnancy paper work, everything, she was so friendly, and so professional she made me feel so comfortable she was very helpful. The best part is that it is walk in you don’t have to make an appointment in advance you just show up and they assist you and there’s no line there’s not a lot of people inline it’s super fast! Highly recommend it! They help for both del sol and university medical center"
"One of the worse places to take your kid for a check up! Be ready to wait 2 to 3 hours!!!! That's if you have an appointment!!!! I need to know who I can bill for 2 and half hours!!! A doctor appointment shouldn't take more than 20 to 30min!!!!"
"My first two visits here were a nightmare, luckily it’s been better since then. I think maybe this place just doesn’t handle new patients well. I had just moved to El Paso and needed to find somewhere my insurance would cover to receive my birth control. I called the Zaragoza location to make an appointment to establish care with a doctor and receive my Depo Provera birth control injection that I had been receiving for the past 8 months. I called the beginning of May shortly after arriving in El Paso. I needed to have the appointment before or on my deadline due date which was June 08th. They placed me on hold and then I was speaking to a different person and they told me the didn’t have availability until June and to be exact June 07th. I made the appointment and they told me the doctors name and time and said they would remind me of the appointment. I requested the day off from work and a few days before my appointment I hadn’t received any reminders or confirmation calls or emails. I called the Zaragoza location and told them I was wanting to confirm my appointment with Dr. ***** on June 07th. I was placed on hold again then was speaking to a different person again they confirmed my appointment and said yes we have you scheduled for a consultation with Dr. **** on June 07th. Then I asked “I’ll be receiving my birth control injection as well correct? That’s one of my main reasons for the visit”. The woman I spoke to seemed confused, she said “Oh it doesn’t say anything about birth control on here, you told them you wanted this as well?” And I said “yes” then she said “I don’t know if this doctor does that but I’ll go ahead and add a note of that to make sure it gets done.” So the day of my appointment arrives. I show up to the Zaragoza location 10 minutes early and the front desk receptionist says “Oh your appointment is at the Ysleta location” and I was so confused!? I said “How is that possible if I called THIS location, and twice even to confirm my appointment because I never received a reminder”. The woman tells me, “You should have received a reminder and it indicates which location your appointment is at, the time, and doctor”. I was getting frustrated at this point and said again “I NEVER received a reminder, if I had I would have known it wasn’t at this location, and still don’t understand why it isn’t when it’s this location that I called both times” the receptionist tells me oh well we have the same main number and then you get transferred to different locations within the system. So I guess that both time I thought I was being placed on hold I was being transferred without knowing. Then the receptionist says “You have up to 15 minutes to be late and they’ll still take you so if you leave now you should get there on time.” So I leave and when I’m about 5 min away and only running about 4 min late I hit stand still traffic due to an accident so I’m like great. I google the Ysleta location number and let them know the entire situation and that I’m going to be a little later than I expected due to traffic. The woman I spoke to tells me okay that’s fine we will see you soon. I finally show up at my appointment 20 min late, I’m already pretty upset about everything and I go to the reception desk. The receptionist says “You’re 20 minutes late, so we may not be able to see you today” So I again explain the entire situation and tell her I even called and they said it was okay. She tells me she doesn’t know who I spoke to but will try and get me in. I finally see the doctor who honestly was amazing, at the end of my appointment she tells me someone will be in in a moment to administer my injection. About 5 minutes later s nurse comes in and says “I’m sorry Dr. **** is pretty new here and we actually can’t do your injection today, you need to schedule that with Women’s health. I WAS LIVID!!! That was the reason for my appointment so what the heck was I even doing there!? I scheduled my appointment with women’s health and was schedule for a week later. Which would make my injection late."
"Although they seem to be doing all they can medically, to help my family member, the CNA’s have been to lazy to help her get a bed bath. I don’t understand why they apply for that kind of work if they don’t want to do it."
