"They refused to set an appointment for my injured dog because I didn't keep up with well checks. Their business, they can run it however they want to, but I still think it's unfair.. I'm not asking for free service"
"A calm respectful discussion on the phone got me hung up on. The diagnosis ended up being wrong. The recheck time was 2 weeks instead of a week while the cat wasn’t eating at all and emaciated. Constantly not answering the phone during work hours. No appetite stimulate was offered until weeks/months into treatment. Run around about bloodwork then accused me of taking their clients cat when I’m a good friend of the family and vet tech just helping to get the cat healthy again before returning home. Unprofessional behavior and under treatment. Probably a great wellness clinic but go elsewhere for serious medical issues!"
"Keep looking for a vet you can trust.. this isn’t it. We have been patients of Koy for 6 years. The decline of professional, compassionate services over the past 2 years has been disheartening. After a month of debating on posting this I am compelled to warn others what the end of life for your fur baby will look like with this vet. No comfort, no blanket, rushed services, no follow up to ensure sedative was administered properly, heart stopped while pet was wide awake looking at us. Not peaceful, very dramatic end of life. It was traumatizing for my family. This team is more concerned with punching the clock than providing excellent care for our animals. When I picked up her remains they wouldn’t even look at me - because they know they messed up. Shame on you."
