"I called to get an estimate before bringing my 2 dogs in and was quoted $259. I knew they needed some meds so I expected it to be $400 ish. When I said, "that's affordable for both... another place quoted me $400".. she did NOT correct me and tell me it was PER pet. It was $618. Not only did they not do ANYTHING to help me.. but they told me -I- was wrong. I have no issues paying good $ to care for my pets, but I have issues being told something and then the result being a $359 difference. The vet and the front desk lady were nice.... but not ONE person seemed to care that their front desk person Is giving out whack quotes. I feel robbed. I'm literally in my car in tears. Poor customer service. I do not recommend and i will NOT be back. Also: 1 office visit for both dogs but got charged TWO = $151.04 Got some meds (Droncit) for the dogs as well and it's quoted for 10 tablets at the same mG $4.99 per tablet from Petco or chewy= $45 ....They charged me for 9 tablets = $114.97. Talk about price gouge and while I was there they couldn't tell me where to find more affordable meds??? Straight up robbery. And the owner said she'd like to talk but has not tried to contact me at all."
