I'm not from Austin, but I saw this clinic, and decided to ask them for help, because calling the city's numbers was not useful. The young woman at the desk was super kind and compassionate, and helped me find the proper channels to take care of the pup. She took time to assist me, and probably saved the pup's life. I used the information that she gave me, and found an adoptive home for the pup! A caring, kind, and gentle staff member. Really pleasant to work with. What more could you ask for from a vet's office?"

"Just walking in, I have never been to a vet that had a separate cat waiting room with dim lights and calm music. From there, I was quickly seen and was never separated from my pet during that time. The vet tech and vet herself were extremely kind, empathetic, and I had complete and total confidence in their knowledge, education, and expertise. I am switching to them as my primary vet for both of my cats, and I am relieved to have found them. Also, the exam fee was only $64, which is remarkable to me as I am used to paying hundreds for walking into the door at other clinics."

"Where do I begin? Every single person at this place of business is incredible. My little French Bulldog (Biscuit) was hit by a car. We use Brodie Animal Hospital as our general vet and I called them immediately for help with what to do. They called VEG, sent her records over and the ER was able to start working on her as soon as we got there. The treatment for her injuries required amputation of her leg. There were multiple surgeons who quoted me 7-8K for this procedure and Dr. Werner not only agreed to perform the procedure but came in at a way more affordable price for me and my family. During surgery the staff kept me updated via text and Dr. Werner called me personally after he was finished to update me on the success. When I picked her up, she recieved a certificate of courage and I felt so prepared to be able to administer her medicine post operative. This veterinary clinic is one of the greatest in Austin and you’d be foolish not to include them in the care of your animal. They all care so deeply. We will be patients for life❤️❤️"
