"I’m a long time regular customer here in five star vet ever since it opened this Bee Cave clinic. I believe Dr. V has been taking care of my dog very carefully for a long time, and I’m very happy with what Dr.V is doing to make my dog healthy and well-being. But I think he should seriously think about some of the staffs. Even if I’ve been here for more than 4 years, I’ve never seen anyone more irresponsible and and ruder person than her. Usually I follow the guidelines the staffs give me, and as far as I remember I have never complained about what they do even in the circumstances where I had a doubt because they were at least doing a good job to make my dog stay healthy. But today, the staff that I had never seen before had such a manner I had never experienced in either in this clinic or anywhere else. I thought I would hear such a rude voice only on the movie, and I have never experienced such bad attitude in anywhere in the US. I was upset by the incapability that she was handling with my request, but even more upset by her bad manner, and overwhelmingly perplexed when she shouted she would call a police to me who was at a loss and speaking to her “this is not a situation you can laugh “ when she laughed as she showed me the computer monitor with the down web page. I felt even happier when she said she would call the police. Finally I would be able to have someone other than keep saying irresponsible remarks and refusing doing something further to figure out my request, which was getting a health certificate to go abroad with my dog. My flight ticket already purchased, and all of the schedule was set except for this certificate because they didn’t get it ready by the time they promised repeatedly. Without the certificate I cannot get on the plane, and the price of the flight ticket for my whole family is tens of thousand dollars. What’s more, what about hotels, and all of the arranged schedules? I’ve explained multiple times how important this certificate was, but she laughed as she showed me the downed USDA web page saying that the person she’s trying to contact would not be able to access the web page to submit the application, which was the third time they promised me that they would complete the submission to the USDA by the end of the day I visited the clinic to request for the certificate. I happily asked to see the police, her manager, and Dr.V, but even in that situation she said Dr. V is not there, and she’s the manager, which finally I could be linked by phone with Dr. V and her supervisor that was actually in charged of the submission and also found out the submission to the USDA was returned because there was something wrong with their previous submission, and they had to resubmit the corrected application to another USDA web site and everything was done only one hour after I had a call with Dr. V and her supervisor. I still don’t understand how she could get hired in this clinic. I’ve been keeping dogs for a long time, and I’ve been to many clinics for decades. I’ve experienced many emergency situations, also experienced some rookie technicians or some bad vets who recommended expensive treatments. But this kind of unimaginable bad manner is really new to me. I’m also very hurtful to have this kind of happening, looking back the long period of time with Dr. V building rapport and trust."
