"Absolutely unacceptable level of customer service at this pharmacy. My girlfriend was severely ill, bedridden and sick, and I called trying to get an update on the status of important called-in prescriptions from her doctor (a very urgent situation) …waited on hold for fifteen minutes before finally giving up and calling the “medical provider” line so I could talk to a human. A guy finally answered, and as I tried to explain to him my situation he literally hung up on me in mid-sentence. Astonishingly inappropriate. Then when I went down to pick up my prescriptions, of course they weren’t ready, and when I called the guy out on being so unprofessional, no one apologized or took ownership of the situation, and they actually ended up laughing at me as I left. #bestcustomerserviceever"

"The past month and a half has seen this CVS pharmacy location shift from being one of the most awful locations to absolutely phenomenal. They’ve hired a new pharmacist and additional staff who have been nothing but great. Suddenly prescriptions aren’t getting lost and are ready on time AND the staff has a smile on their faces. It’s like a New Year miracle! And the drive through is open! I’m finally able to recommend them to people again! Knocking one star because they honestly used to be awful so I want them to keep doing whatever they’re doing to improve!"

"Save yourself some time and frustration don’t use the CVS pharmacy! I’d give them zero stars but that is not possible. The customer service here is horrible, the pharmacist will berate you In front of other customers if you make a comment about their work hours (I. E., closed for lunch) and the availability of their drive-through, which is always closed. Don’t bother using this CVS Rx they are horrible."

"Walked into the Consultation Booth, stood there for 10min before anyone came to help. They said my questions can only be answered by the pharmacist Chiyong Kim, who kept taking calls instead of addressing my question, which was simply if they had rubella vaccination available. She took at least another 4 calls before telling me no, which would have taken 1 second. Meanwhile, other customers are still waiting in line. They are clearly understaffed and poorly managed. It was by far my worst CVS pharmacy experience ever."
