"I watched the Pharmacy Tech chuck my meds at the drive-thru window from the other side of pharmacy while sipping his Mountain Dew from across the pharmacy room. 20 mins later he comes up to the window to charge me full price of the meds because he didn’t run my insurance the correct way. I really didn’t have the energy to argue with him so I just paid….Parked, walked in the store & ask another tech to run the meds through my insurance & ended up getting back a FULL refund."

"I came in this morning and the pharmacy was super busy. I decided to come back this afternoon to pick up the script. I overheard the pharmacist telling a customer they’re understaffed and very busy, so I completely understand the wait and was happy to come back when I got the text that my daughter’s script was ready. Donald was working the drive thru and the counter. He finished helping everyone as quickly and efficiently as he could. He was very helpful and professional even with it being so busy and got me out the door with everything I needed quickly. I appreciate the great customer service!!!"

"Don't waste your effort coming to this CVS, go to the one FM 3009- the employees are actually nice there. I went to get a COVID drive through test and the woman at the drive through was incredibly rude and shouldn't be in a position working with the public. She told us in the most inconsiderate tone to "pull forward because there's a line." We refused because 1 day prior at the 3009 store they told us to 'take our time and not worry about anyone behind us' and they actually gave us thorough instructions. Here, the woman at this location gave us the test with no instructions and basically told us to get out of the way. I have never had to TELL an employee that they need to be nicer to people, until today. Please, managers, do something about this because customers, especially sick ones, shouldn't have to be treated so poorly. Hire employees who value their positions and who value treating people with respect. There are literally reviews from a year ago about this employee. Something needs to change at this store."
