"Yikes. First of all, this plaza is in a horrible spot where you fight traffic to both get in and out of the plaza. I've been to Goodwills all over San Antonio and Austin, and several in-between but I've never seen such outrageous prices as this particular location. Every decor item I wanted to buy was $8-12 each and definitely not worth even half of that. I was disappointed and walked out with nothing. The check out line made zero sense. Customers were arguing about where the line was supposed to start. The only good thing about this location was that it seemed clean."
"Went to donate some clothes with no assistance from the multiple staff nearby. Walked up to the lady and politely asked her if they accept military uniforms and she rudely told me "We accept everything." After I was done I asked if I could get a receipt. She then sighed and looked at me as if she was annoyed and told me "We don't do receipts." Pretty sure she was racist as she went to go assist the other customer with a much more polite demeanor. Worst experience I've had at a Goodwill and this lady in particular definitely doesn't deserve to work if she can't get along with everyone."
"Don't advertise that you're open until 7pm for donation drop off if you are going to lock the door and stand there telling someone who is graciously dropping off very nice gently used items that you're closed. The gentleman at the door when I knocked told this lady I was there to drop off items. She yelled in a rude manner that they were closed meanwhile it wasn't even 7pm yet. I even stated that I didn't need a receipt and just wanted to donate two bags of clothes. Definitely will be donating clothes elsewhere from now on."
"As a local and independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit social enterprise, Why do they charge taxes? Good store always clean, Cashiers super nice. I hope they can get quicker products to the shelves. People were standing around ready to spend money and the cart lady and man where really slow filling shelves."
"Staff is friendly and they have a wide variety of items to see. The pricing can been inconsistent on items like Rubbermaid tubs that are the same size. I showed the person at the register and they price matched the lower amount. The miscellaneous areas can be messy and that makes it a little bit more difficult to look through. The clothes here are in good shape and they have a good variety. I like this location."
