"took an hour just to get something that should have taken 5 minutes as it says on the website if I am just coming in there to pick up a prescription or flea and tick medication for my dog I should be able to be in and out took 40 minutes before somebody would even say hello to me and then another 20 minutes to get the prescription lady in front of me was waiting an hour and 20 minutes before being helped honor people's appointment times otherwise spread them further out to account for being busy"
