"Horrible experience, I bought some items to decoration my home, but in the moment I not sured about the correct measurement, for this reason I asked about a possible refund the next day, if the items not work for me. The cashier said yes. Then, inmediately after I did it the payment, he told me about the important of bring with me the receipt for exchange the product, and I said what? I asked about a refund not change the product. I spoke with the owner and request the cancelation of the transaccion and she refused to do it. She told me they advertised in the receipt... what? I received the receipt after I did it the payment. I will not return, is a dirty and incomplete store, the FM 78 is a super clean and you will find a lot of products."

"It was very hot & muggy in the store. I asked if they ac went out & they said no. Very unpleasant shopping experience. Us customer’s are already sweating & hot outside running errands & look forward going inside a ac cool store. I didn’t want to spend much time inside."

"Pretty well stocked Dollar Tree. Few issues, some aisles seem to not have a theme to them but more or less just kind category of items thrown into an aisle where they fit. This store seems to be crafter heaven though and I’m all for it! I think I counted one and half aisles of crafting supplies and an end cap! Like hello! And they had my husbands favorite childhood candy that he loves and we haven’t been able to find anywhere other than tractor supply for way too much money. They staff kind of treated the customers awkwardly. Not bad, but not great. Saw two employees; one stocking an aisle and doing register duties, and the other walked from the front of the store to the back of the store and disappeared. The one who handling the stocking, didn’t seem to really acknowledge the customers who were looking in the aisle kind of felt almost as though they were invisible. Though when it came to the register, she asked how we were doing and when we went to leave told us to have a blessed day. Not saying a full conversation needs to be had at checkout or in the aisle, but something just felt poor customer service without being poor customer service."

"Visited last month Reason: Window Shopping This store is an average Dollar Tree location, although is very small for one. This store does have a ton of stuff, and surprisingly can fit the $5-$10 items. We like this store, and the holiday stuff are great deals for $1.25 each. We are going back for sure, and we liked our experience here."
