"Jennifer the new employee and her Manager - the new Manager were both Awesome!. It was very late at night and I had some questions about some of the products and Jennifer was very sweet, soft voice, nice smile and very knowledgeable about the products. From now on; this will be my Go To CVS. :)"

"Haile, the pharmacist and David, the tech, gave the worst service when dropping off and waiting for prescriptions for my son! David has to be rudest person I’ve ever dealt with and Haile wasn’t far from being as rude as him! Part of their job is to communicate with the public, they both need some serious training on how to do that!! I’ll be contacting their manager and corporate!"

"Went in for a flu shot. Got told I had to make an appointment. Made an appointment and came back in. Sat there for an hour. Got told “we’ll be right with you” about 30 minutes in. People getting the Covid vaccine were in & out. I guess if you’re not getting the jab you fall to the bottom of the priority list. This place is overpriced & slow. Too bad they’re a major corporation and our reviews won’t change a thing."

"Genuinely the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. This is the third time when my doctor has sent them a prescription and they said they didn't receive it despite my doctor contacting them multiple times. Tried calling the pharmacy and got hung up on multiple times as well. Customer service was terrible and the technician was extremely rude. Go somewhere else."

"This CVS has been my go to for 30yrs I feel that everyone has been nice and helpful. The Pharmacy folks do their jobs no slack and are pleasant but sometimes they are extremely busy, and we need to realize everything is not about us. Also everyone has bad days. The new store Manager has a great attitude. She’s present and positive which is new to me, and helpful."
