They are all!!!!! so nice and helpful and they really, really care about our fur babies. Even Skittles liked them ❤️❤️ Thank you all so much for being here. "I have been going to this facility since 2021, and I even drive 30 minutes to get there although I have multiple veterinarian offices 5 minutes from. They are THAT good. However, due to multiple occasions in which the receptionist, Ms. Heidi, has been rude to me, I will no longer be going this this clinic. Yesterday I called and she automatically answered in an annoyed and rude tone, and I do not need a business treating paying customers in such a manner. I would much rather be at a clinic who appreciates their clients. Not going back."

"I am so disappointed. I called to make an appointment for my dog and I just found out Dr. Horstmann and Dr.Powell are no longer there. These doctors were the whole reason I went there. Would have been nice to have been notified by the practice of such a huge change. Doctors are everything, especially to fur babies. Although there have been a ton of changes over the last few months, I stayed because of the doctors. We were driving from 30 min away to see them. With this news, I will find something closer to home. This office has so many 5 star reviews and the doctors mentioned in those are no longer there. Gonna be pretty big shoes to fill here."
