My little one passed away this morning and when I took him in for the cremation, all of the ladies at the front counter greeted me and were so very nice about my little's one passing. "We have been loyal customers of the Redland location and all I can say is that I’ve never been treated the way the front desk has treated me or been so frustrated with a clinic as much as this one. The front desk receptionist are very rude and condescending. Not to mention, not the brightest. They don’t take time to actually listen to you. They just want you to stop talking so they can talk. No attention to detail, rude, snarky and unprofessional. I have spoken and dealt with the location manger on more than a few occasions and chose to only deal with her since the front desk girls are insufferable!! We have asked for all of our records to be sent to our new vet 2 days ago. I hope this is review is read and the location will step up with customer service training and quality control."

"Brought my baby in to this location this week and the experience was lovely! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The technician assisting us was so sweet and helpful when it came to providing excellent care for my boy. We are scheduled to return in three weeks and can’t wait! "This is the best place! My dog of 13 years had to be put to sleep. He was tiny and this was very painful. The empathy and professionalism from everyone on staff from the phone call to the Doctor was appreciated. The price of having to do this was so affordable compared to everyone else. Also I was new to town and they still got me in on a Saturday. I highly recommend this place.! ❤️"

"I absolutely love this location! I have all my 5 pets as patients here and we are always treated so well. Appointments are so easy to schedule and the staff are so friendly. They will come say hi to my pets if they know they are here. My golden retrievers LOVE coming to this vet. Would definitely recommend this location!"
