"I never write reviews but I felt in my heart I needed to, I brought my baby Sharon in to this emergency after she had been attacked by two loose dogs and one of them got her good on the back of her neck, she was becoming lethargic and I have never been so scared. The staff here from the moment we got there were so nice and welcoming and very supportive, they took my Sharon in like as if she was their own. The doctor came out, it was a male doctor, Dr. M and he explained everything to me that needed to happen, and was very nice. They all took care of her over the course of two weeks cause she had to get staples, and tube to drain the abscess out and then finally to get the staples removed, and every time I took her back to get her checked, they were all so caring and helped my baby every step of the way. And now she is doing great and I can’t thank the doctor and staff there enough. Y’all are angels. Me and Sharon thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️ these pics might be hard to see but her attack was bad but they took care of her every step all the way to her healing up! Thank you again"

"I referred my sister here after I got really good service during my pet visit. However, when my sister had her visit she had some follow up questions so she called in to speak to someone. The girl who answered the phone seemed annoyed answering her questions and hung up in the middle of my sister still talking. When choosing this type of job you have to understand that you are dealing with people who worry about their pets. Pets cannot talk. She should have showed more empathy, especially working at a pet hospital. If she can’t, she really needs to look at a different job field. We will not be returning and I will no longer be referring anyone else to this emergency room."

"My dog got a UTI on Christmas Eve! I called everywhere and it was going to be a 4-8 hour wait at some emergency clinics. I brought my girl here and they were able to get her in and seen fast and we were out in under an hour. The staff were very nice. The bill was also very reasonable for an emergency vet visit on Christmas Eve. I never hope my dog has an emergency vet visit but if she has any more I will be bringing her here."
