Reviews
"Over charged and dog mistreated at the vet. Very unprofessional can't believe they had over 20 dogs waiting in the aisles within one hour. Going to go to a professional vet that cares and safety handles animals."
"My doggie and I love this Petco Veterinarians and helpers on Austin Hwy. We will return."
"My experience going to Petco was quick and fast. I enjoyed it ☺️"
"Once again completely out of both foods that my cats like!! And to top it off some extra slow service. Looks like it's going to be PetSmart for me from now on! Good grief."
"I have taken my dog to vetco’s all around the United States since I currently serve in the Army. I made an appointment for my pup to get her annual vaccinations and then the morning of, 30 minutes before her appointment the vet tech Emily called and told me that it’s against policy to vaccinate her because she had a allergic reaction to the Lyme dx vaccine when she was 2 months old. And said that vetco didn’t give her the Lyme dx vaccine. She said she would check with the vet and call me back. I never received a call back and I decided to go in and then proceeded to show the record of vetco giving the Lyme dx vaccine along with the numerous treatments after that of annual vaccines by them. The vet confirmed the policy (which I’m okay with if it exists) I say that because about 4 vetco clinics have treated my dog since she was 2 months old. I called customer service to relay the information and they didn’t care at all that their clinics aren’t following their policies. Don’t take your animals here."
