"Horrible place. We requested shot records for one of our dogs. They sent us another dogs records. Then I went to another vet, that vet called Encino Park, Encino Park supplied our new vet another dog's records. We vaccinated based on what someone else's dog needs and now my dog is throwing up. I still haven't gotten my dogs records. I guess it shows you really don't need much of an education in today's world. How do you give someone a full name, phone number and pets name and get 2 different dogs vaccination records. First of all, let's get one thing straight. I didn't tell anyone to shut up so you can stop with the false accusations to make yourself look better. I remained very professional and said thank you at the end of my conversation. Second, I have Koko records in case you want them back........."

"Started bringing my pup here several months ago. At first, it was a bit challenging to get an appointment -- like most quality vets, these folks tend to book up so if you have an unexpected medical issue you may have to seek care at an emergency vet. The care my pup has received here has been thorough, and the vets take their time. They offer possible solutions and treatments that are spot on. And they try to accommodate people of all incomes, which is particularly nice given that vet care now is expensive. The clinic is clean, well-maintained, staffed appropriately and efficient. The vet staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The vets are Aggies, they know their stuff and have excellent interpersonal skills. Ample parking including disabled spots."

"I really want to like this place and the doctors are great. But their owners and pricing is not. To get shots you must pay for an office visit, cool, but to get a booster two weeks after the first you pay again. So a $40 shot (canine influenza) turns out around $100 after tax and some weird $5 fee on top of the $50 evaluation. They saw my dog 13 days ago and charged me $50 then to evaluate my dog, all I needed was a booster. This is the second time, the first time they waived the fee, not the second. The irony is that I had to see the specialist at Blue Pearl two hours later and they noticed a fungus on my dog's belly. So, the $50 fee for evaluation didn't look at my dog's belly. This is why people go to low cost vaccine places, you don't need to pay $100 for a flu shot because it takes two $50 visits. Stay away for basic shots, the doctors are great, the owners are greedy. Edit: They called to correct this. I didn't want to argue with the front desk person just doing their job and hopefully for others they adhere to their policy of not charging for boosters. The doctors really are great. Added a star because they care and fixed."
