"I took my 3 dogs into for a nail trimming which is usually $25. I got my total and it was $123... I was told an additional technician fee "it goes towards their pay" of $16 PER DOG was added.... For all 3 of them it took about 20 minutes... So a nail trimmer technician makes around $140 an hour? For $41 per dog for a quick nail trim... Look elsewhere because that is insane."

"Compassionate Care in a Time of Need Last Saturday started like any other day, but quickly took a heartbreaking turn when our sweet 16-year-old Beagle-Basset, Skinny Black, fell seriously ill. In a panic, we reached out to Lili Vet Hospital. Despite not being our regular vet, they immediately agreed to see him. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s compassion and professionalism were evident. They swiftly took Skinny in for care, understanding the severity of his condition. The front desk staff efficiently gathered our information, while the vet quickly assessed Skinny and prepared us for the worst. Our entire family, including our children, gathered to say our goodbyes. The staff at Lili Vet Hospital provided a private space for us, equipped with an IV to keep Skinny comfortable. During this emotionally charged time, a kind vet tech stayed with us, offering comfort and assistance while sharing her own experience of loss, which was incredibly touching. The vet explained the euthanasia procedure with great empathy, making a special effort to ease my younger son’s distress. The care and respect shown to Skinny, and to us, were beyond what we could have asked for. They gave us the time we needed to be with him, never rushing us, allowing us to mourn our cherished pet surrounded by love and support. The team at Lili Vet Hospital turned the worst situation imaginable into one that was bearable, thanks to their exceptional kindness and professionalism. They treated Skinny with the utmost respect and provided clear, compassionate guidance to our family during this difficult time. Although Lili Vet Hospital is not our regular clinic, their extraordinary service has left a lasting impression. For anyone in the Stone Oak area, or those finding themselves in a bind, I can’t recommend Lili’s highly enough. Their team truly goes above and beyond, and our family is deeply grateful for their care in our time of need.
