"We took our Lola to them 8 months ago. We believed in them until Lola's health got worse. We then took her to another vet on Bandera road that immediately sent us to take her to Blue Pearl animal hospital in Stone Oak. They did all tests & found she had other health issues that might have been possibly treatable if found & treated sooner... If in need of true medical care for your fur babies, we recommend Blue Pearl. We did everything we could to save Lola & had to make the decision no fur baby parents want to make. Lola is at Rainbow Bridge running free, happy & not in pain...♥"

"Absolutely positively DO NOT bring your pet here if you love them. My dog got hit and we brought her here to try to save her, we were met with a rude lady that was IGNORING us for over 5 minuets doing god knows what, and when she did come, she didn't even attempt to call a surgeon or try to help us. A week later I reported said individual and was told I was to hear a call from the manager. Didnt hear anything so I called again. A month has now passed as this happened end of September and I still haven't heard anything. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE."

"They saved my dogs life! My dog had a terrible bacterial infection and wasn’t eating or drinking, I called when they opened and they had me in within an hour. Ryan took care of us and he was professional and compassionate even though my dog was scared and showing aggression toward the whole staff. Because of her aggression the testing took longer, but they allowed her to stay in one of the exam rooms most of the day even though we didn’t have an appointment. They let me come in and stay with her. They gave her an iv and meds and the next day she was thriving. I received two calls and a text checking up on her.
