"I stayed at Sandman in 2/15 and I had the best service there! Alicia greeted me with kindness, checked me in quickly and even upgraded my room! My room was clean and spacious! I ate and had cocktails at Moxie's for their happy hour and the drinks were great! I love mezcal and was very happy to see a cocktail on their menu with it. The food was delicious! I have no complaints!"
"Amazing from the beginning! Alicia was incredible! She was so kind and fun to talk to. This was our first stay at this location. We were given a free upgrade on our room, which was amazing! Incredibly nice and spacious. The waterfall shower was amazing! We visited the indoor pool and jacuzzi. It was nice, but there were so many high school aged boys running crazy and were not being monitored well. They definitely were not mindful of the younger children AT ALL which was unpleasant. Not the establishment’s fault, just a heads up to others with littles."
"I had a wonderful experience while here on a company trip. My room was a good size and I had all the amenities I needed. Each night I stayed, Alicia was at the front desk. She is an absolute gem. She made my check in, after a day of traveling, a breeze. She dealt with me trying to get my company's packages labels printed and ready to go for Ups. The amount of support from all employees I've encountered made this such a painless stay. Would absolutely recommend."
"Very helpful staff! I had a problem with my room and a leaky ceiling over the shower and they immediately moved me to an upgraded room. The hotel itself is newer and clean and centrally located near walkable commerce. Alicia at the front desk went above and beyond with her friendly and professional approach of handling the room swap! Great job Sandman- thank you!"
