"I have stayed at this location twice. The last time was a complete disaster. The TV services were not working and my request went on deaf ears. The first attendant started off somewhat helpful but ended up leaving and not getting my issue resolved. So - when I went downstairs for the third time, the desk attendant, who was extremely rude BTW.., stated that I could either switch rooms or get a refund all the while, still reading her book... I asked, who was the Manager? She replied, Sal. I went upstairs, packed my things and left. Not the mention, the parking was is always littered with trash. Needless to say - I won't be back."

"I booked this branded hotel through a reservation agency called "Price Line" and stayed for one day. It's been a while since I used this brand; the last time was a few years ago when I went to the Grand Canyon and also when I traveled from Florida to Kansas. Mr. Nick, the front desk staff, provided good service. The hotel is located in a quiet area and was peaceful and well-maintained, although it would have been even better if they had renovated the interior. The breakfast was decent as well."

"AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! This place is the worst! When you walk in you immediately get a smell of weed and smoke even though they say it’s “non smoking”. The room I stayed is was disgusting with curly black hair on the walls, sink, and tub. Trash on the floor and a broken tv. The bed sheets and pillow cases had holes in them and the bathroom and sheets had ants crawling all over. I asked to change rooms thinking it was just that room I found the same issue in the next room except that tv worked. When I called again the front the front desk clerk said they had no more rooms and she was just gonna cancel my stay…when I called choice hotel HQ to see what my options were the front desk lady was knocking on my door saying she canceled my stay and if I was leaving. When I told her I didn’t cancel yet she argued with me and said she already reversed the charge so I would have to pay again if I’m staying. Luckily I had the customer service rep on the phone and he heard the whole conversation. As I left the hotel I saw an additional charge on my account when I asked the lady said “I don’t know that’s not us” when I spoke again with choice hotel customer service they said it was a charge form that hotel and they would reverse it. Overall horrible experience from the room to customer service. Which is sad cause I like choice hotel and think they have good affordable options, but I guess the management at this location needs to change or something."

"Front desk was friendly and helpful. Location was safe and lots of parking. Yes it was more affordable but the cleanliness of the facility shouldn't be downgraded. First floor smelled like weed all weekend. The room was dirty. There was a stain on the blanket and stains on the floor. The dirtiness brought down the value of the experience for sure. The bed liner must not be changed often. Yes, it did smell of bleach, but it had a long eye lash extension and some hairs on it. There was a French fry on the floor that we noticed the morning after. We didn't eat French fries. The bathroom wasn't as stocked as other hotels we have been to. We could've used more than 1 towel each. The shower is dated and had stains on the floor. The shower head looked to be missing the face of the shower head or if that was the style then it looked broken. If you are just looking for a cheap hotel this can do the job if you don't mind feeling a bit gross after. Unfortunately we will go elsewhere in the future."

"Comfort Inn was anything but comfortable. Upon arrival I noticed a foul odor that matched that of Marijuana/Spice in the main lobby. I kindly asked the worker behind the desk if there were any “non-smoking rooms” to which I received the answer “All our rooms and hotel are non smoking rooms, we ask that if your room smell like smoke to tell us so that we can put you in another room.” My wife and I then stepped into another world towards the elevators… signs in the laundry room, including the ice machine displaying out of service. Finally arriving to our floor as the elevator door opened there was trash piled outside the elevator and a box of cigarettes on the very top… having hope for our room. As we opened it the smell that rushed into our faces was anything but comfortable and welcoming. It smelled like a smokers house and the bathroom was not clean, towel was left on top of the shower used. Bugs in the corner of the room. Nothing was wiped down… this place is disgusting… Around 10:00pm when I arrived at the hotel for the evening I again noticed the smell of marijuana at the entry point of the lobby. I went up to my room on the 5th floor and noticed my key card didn’t work… once I finally got in I dared to take a shower and unlike the reviews of lack of hot water there was that going for this hotel - there was plenty. I wished to simply relax and watch TV and every channel on the Television didn’t work…. I was a bit worried about sleeping in these beds but the bedding and towels did appear and smelled clean. Unlike the shower curtain and oil stained drapes… I’m frankly shocked that I kept my reservation. But I just didn’t want to rebook another hotel and cancellation policy reviews blah blah blah… I stayed and only returned to the hotel to sleep which was unfortunate because hotels serve as relaxing places when running around on trips. Nope. Not here. For sure either the workers or the folks staying here are smoking some doobies."
