"Great place to stay. Especially if you have a animal. Great room prices and the view is amazing. I have stayed once here and at the one in Frisco twice. Also great breakfast."
"There was one good guy at the front desk and the amenities were trash. During my stay I had approximately $20,000 worth of tools stolen out of my truck, while parked in clear view of a "security camera. " Upon further investigation, I was told by an employee that the camera wasn't even functioning. I followed the proper procedures and have reached out to the manager Tianna, however she seems to be too busy or just doesn't care about my loss. Doesn't even have the decency to return my phonecall or to cooperate in reviewing any possible surveillance footage that may or may not be available. Honestly looking more and more like an "inside job.""
"Stayed in a 4 floor room. Easy check-in. We were both pleasantly greeted. Morning crew suggested the breakfast sandwich which was good. Room was ready and clean. We were on the east side of the hotel so we could hear the freeway traffic but it wasn't disturbing to us. We would certainly stay here again. Thanks."
"We've been at this hotel for six days. The room is exceptionally clean and its location allows us to reach anywhere quickly. However, the hot water in the shower isn't as hot as expected and the sink water lacks cold temperature. It would be great if they provided a microwave in the room for added convenience. Additionally, if you have trouble falling asleep this might not be the best place as road noise can be quite noticeable."
"I have stayed her 3 times. First time was good. Everything was clean, bed was comfy, everything worked. Second time was nice as well. This time will be my last. They have lost my business. Room phone did not work. The room safe was broke. It took the shower over 6 minutes to warm up. The shower head was like trying to take a shower in a rain storm. No adjustments on the head. The carpet in the halls and elevator vestibule is dirty and needs stretching badly. The parking lot was full of trash."
