"This bank is only good for free atms they don’t help with literally any issues you have. I got scammed by a car company and they took my down payment and never gave me the car and the bank won’t help file fraud charges to help me get my money back since I authorized the payment. I regret using this bank card for the purchase because compass bank would have got my money back in days with their fraud department. Now I literally have to hire a lawyer to get my money back when every other bank would help in this process."

"The Bank of San Antonio is only open 9-5 Monday thru Friday and has no night deposit box at 3 of its 4 locations. This may be fine for an individual who does 95% of their banking online or via ATM, but for a business account, it's not convenient."
