"My brother died in a car accident back in November 2021 due to the actions of another driver. The car was my mothers and was financed from SFCU, and of all the awful things my mother has had to deal with, none of it compares to how horrible this bank has been treating her. Insurance and our lawyers have practically guaranteed to pay them what they’re due from the car, but they continue to harass my mother and even froze her bank card because God forbid an insurance claim takes more than a couple months to resolve. All this while she is struggling with the loss of a child. If I could give this bank anything lower than a 1-star, I would. I do not recommend that you or a loved one bank with this org."
