"I took my Pepper for rapid breathing. They worked quickly to diagnose and begin his treatment. Unfortunately, he crossed the rainbow bridge at 13 years old. But, he spent his nights there with love and attention and I can't thank Christina and his other techs and vets enough."
"We were passing through and stopped for the night. At 2am our dog was getting worse and we didn’t know what was wrong. Her face was swelling, heart beating fast, and extremely lethargic. Being no where near home I was so grateful for this place being open. The guy vet tech was amazing and extremely compassionate. The vet was nice and listened. We never figured out what happened some sort of an allergic reaction. They kept her overnight for observation to make sure her breathing, heartbeat, and face swelling all returned to normal. We picked her up the next day with a vast improvement and continued our trip. Thank you for being open because I don’t know what I would have done as you were the only after hour vet nearby."
"I had to rewrite my old post from 2020 because I didn’t know if it was visible or not. Absolutely the worst experience with a vet me or my dog has ever gone through. My incident with them happened a while ago shorty after that quarantine time period ended. My dog was showing signs of dog bloat out of nowhere roughly around midnight and we called this place and were instructed to bring him in. They said they wanted to monitor him overnight even though he seemed fine by that time just a little scared. I let them know that he was a rescue from a shelter so I didn’t want him to think another owner was giving him up, and asked and even offered to pay more money if they would just let me sit on the ground next to his crate to support and comfort him. They said they would have to check and said no. The vet didn’t even seem to understand why I wanted to stay with him and had no empathy for my dog, which should have been a HUGE RED FLAG that I shouldn’t trust her with him. The next morning when I picked my dog up I had never seen him look so scared and in poor shape. It broke my heart. I later found out from the day vet that he started crying when I left the vet, and I guess the vet got annoyed of him so they sedated him. I ended up paying over $1200 just for you to sedate my dog and give him anxiety? If this was really a dog bloat and you put him to sleep he probably wouldn’t have made it and you wouldn’t be able to see symptoms. I’d rather you just call me to pick him up which I had told them to do if he felt better, than to hold him overnight just so you can charge me more money. Unethical. Will never come back. I will drive to the next town over before I come back. It took me 2 full days to reassure my dog that he was okay and he wasn’t being given up or hurt anymore after that. The worst part about it is, I called the vet 2 times throughout the night just to check that my dog was okay and at no point was she ethical enough to tell me that he’s fine we just sedated him because he misses you and got annoying, don’t pick him up yet so we can charge you for the full night. And keep in mind, it’s not the dog in my profile that I’m talking about. My dog is an otherwise-extremely calm and confident 70lb Belgian Malinois German Shepherd mix. For a dog so mellow, for them to scare him to this extent and treat him like this, get annoyed of a crying dog so you inject him with sedatives to make him sleep just so you can charge the owner more, I am absolutely disgusted. I recommend that none of you take your eyes off of your pets or leave them overnight if you are unfortunate enough to come here. If you have the choice, don’t come here. I will go back to my papers and post the name of the vet that was responsible for “treating” my dog, I recommend you guys avoid that one for the sake of your pets"
"States on their website, our friendly staff. Wholeheartedly fails to provide any help to a dog whom was hit by a blue suburban, taking out its back leg and causing bones to protrude through its leg, bleeding everywhere. Hospital staff member states “It’s not my job to help you” and gives no forethought in a recommendation on what to do regarding the circumstances except threatens to fine whomever leaves the dog there. States they have your face on the camera and your license plate number and will just leave the dog outside and fine you. If you ever encounter an animal who is hurt. Do not take them here. They’ll just make money on it, on you."
"We had to take out guinea pig in late one Friday night. Everyone there was extremely nice and comforting because they could see how upset were about our little baby. Lucky for us, Dr. Gonzalez was the Dr on call and she used to be Xena's doctor. Dr. Gonzalez is wonderful with guinea pigs as not all doctors know how to treat them. They gave Xena shots and sent us back home with additional pain medicine for her. In a couple of days Xena was back to normal. I am so thankful this clinic is here. They were extremely busy that night so I know there were a bunch more folks happy they were available. Don't hesitate to take any of your babies here if you have to. They will treat you and your babies well!!"
