"We brought our 17yr old cat Heidee here last nite. Unfortunately after blood work our Heidee was sick badly. We want to thank Dr Dodson and the vat tech for being compassion and patience with us. For giving our Heidee great care and for sending her home peacefully to God. Wonderful staff. Thanks again"
"Really fantastic experience being out of town and driving through. Our cat was well taken care of, the staff was really nice , the facilities were great and the veterinarian was extremely knowledgeable."
"Definitely not an emergency vet service. Have an emergency and they won’t see her until 3pm- it’s 10am. Not sure how they can call themselves an urgent care"
"After 6 days in the hospital at another vet, that charged me $1800 and sent me home with a dog that was in worse shape than when I brought her in, I went to Swann Emergency because I honestly thought she was dying. The vet here, Dr. Dodson, was extremely professional and caring, explaining in detail what she thought was going on. She gave her some injections for nausea and some meds to take home. She could have done more if the previous vet where she was hospitalized at would have sent her records, which I have been asking them to do for 2 days now. Dr. Dodson and the technician, a very professional and knowledgeable young man, were amazing, and I felt listened to and understood for the first time. All the meds, injections, and exam were only $280. Which was fair considering it was an after hours emergency visit."
"Dr. Enevoldsen did a wonderful job with my Nöe. She was diagnosed with Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia (IMHA). Dr. Enevoldsen did a wonderful job of explaining this to me, including the possibility that Nöe might not make it. She took wonderful care of Nöe and did her best to pull her through it, but the illness was just too much for Nöe and she passed away a few days later. She was so kind and understanding when she had to tell me of Nöe’s passing. I knew it was hard for her too and she had really tried her best to save her. The staff arranged for me to come and see Nöe after she passed away. It was good for me to have that time to say goodbye to her. They gave me a clay paw print of Nöe’s paw and sent a beautiful sympathy card. They did a great job working with Emerson Cremation Services in Lubbock to pick up and return Nöe to me. I cannot say enough about the kindness this office shows to me and my dogs, and I will not take my dogs to anyone else for their health care."
