"I’ve used for years, but gradually gone downhill. Our last experience was not a good one. They lost our belongings, which tells me that my dog was double boarded. How else does one lose belongings and claim to send them with another family? If my animal was in one place, alone, you can’t lose stuff. We will never use them again. We’ve not been notified or offered any compensation for our lose."
