"I had an issue with a Novo 2X vaporizer. I explained to the gentlemen working that I though it had died, and asked if he had a Novo 2X for sales. He said he did, and he showed me three for 29.99, so I bought one. The man told me not to charge it more than an hour, because that can cause them issues. I came home and charged it for an hour, light was green and it wouldn't work. I filled the 2nd pod that came with in the kit, and it also didn't work. I took it back and luckily the same gentleman was working who sold it to me, so I explained to him the situation. He looked at it and told me that this was not the same one he sold me, that he has been in the business for a long time and this vaporizer has been used for months. I explained that he had just sold this to me the day prior, and he confirmed he remembered me. They told me I would have to contact the manufacture. Come to find out, this Nova2 isn't even produced any longer and hasn't been since 2021. So I went to Vapornomics down the street and bought the much newer novo2c for 20% less than I was charge here. Stick to the stores that specialize in vape products, not these mom and pop shops that have no knowledge of the items they are selling."

"Weird. Lights outside are all on, and the hours are on the door, so why is the door locked 15 minutes after "opening"? I waited for 10 minutes because I didn't want to have to drive out of my way for a different shop, but it looks like I'll have to anyway. I'm not sure if this place is even in business, all the lit up signs imply a Yes, but the dark, abandoned interior suggests otherwise. Very strange, if you're not going to open at your regular hours, at least mark it on the door, just saying."
