"After purchasing fuel at Shell/CircleK in Oswego, a hot weary traveler (me) went into the store to refresh my water bottle with a few ice cubes. I was advised by Cynthia that there was going to be a charge for this common customer courtesy. This lack of customer service is very uncommon in my decades of purchasing Shell products and such treatment speaks poorly of Circle K as well. Caveat emptor."

"How can you give a gas station a bad review... Lol!! It has plenty of pumps so even if busy you can still get in. It has a pretty decent car wash so you can get gas and a clean car at the same place. Plus the workers when I've had to go in have always been nice! They keep inside and outside clean so feel safe going here any time of the day. Bonus, its minutes from my home so great when running low on fuel!"
