"They called at 8pm on a Sunday evening to confirm a delivery window the next day (I previously requested this timeline so yes, I wanted it). I missed the call but I immediately called back. They said the place that called me was not open (mind you I called the same number back) and the delivery was rescheduled to another day. I had made arrangements for the delivery already and its not a home address so this is a major issue. They said they would see and "call me in the morning" which they did call to confirm it would be coming during the window - only after a lot of conversation why they needed to honor the delivery time that was requested over a week ago and was missed by 30 seconds from their call. So then we waited the entire delivery window and nobody called to confirm a delivery within 30 mins and nobody showed up. I called again and they opened the delivery window to be from the 11-2 (missed delivery time) up to 8pm. Clearly not acceptable for an office delivery. They then said on the system they tried to deliver at 4:30 but nobody actually showed up. I requested a return and want another carrier that can actually deliver their job - I sincerely hope they are not compensated for their "time." They have the ability to text but they do not do confirmations via text other than to inform you they do what they want. If you miss their call you are SOL. If you call them, they lie. The office claims they cannot talk to their drivers or the warehouse - they have disconnected operations so theres no resolve to them having any reasonable service. Poor logistics for operations, which says a lot. DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"We ordered a Tonal home gym. RXO handled the delivery and installation. The communication and updates on delivery were fantastic. The drivers were professional, polite and very quick to install. Very good experience and would use again if the opportunity arose."

"RXO handled the delivery of my new LG Dryer that I purchased online from Sam's Club. RXO let me know via text when the dryer was shipped and then arranged via text to schedule. The day before they texted me the time window, between 8:30 and 12:30. I got a reminder text that morning and then I got a text when they were 30 minutes away, and a phone call from the driver. They unhooked my old dryer and took it with them and then installed the new dryer and made sure it worked. It was seamless and painless, and I really appreciated all the communication. All in all it was a great experience."

"First Appointment - Delivery - I brought a very expensive dishwasher but on delivery, they did not bring the install kit ( even though it was paid for). Dishwash had to be set in my entryway for a week. Second Appointment - Install - One week later. I was told they would be there being 3pm-7pm. Received a text saying they would arrive in 30 min at 2:18 pm. Rushed home from work and arrived home at 2: 45. They had already left and said they could not deliver because no one was home - even though it was prior to my scheduled time. Would not return the same day. I did not hear back from anyone for 3 days. Scheduled 3rd appointment a week later - The installation team brought the wrong power cord, had to use one I purchased ( just in case). The team left halfway through installation due to personal reasons. Did not finish install, took parts to my dishwasher with them. Marked the job as finished ( I did not sign anything) and left with no other information. The company said the manager would call me back. He hasn't, and now the company won't answer the phone. The dishwasher is still not installed after 3 appointments and a month of waiting.."
