"Stay away from This company!! They are rude and unprofessional. I was informed my vehicle would be schedule for pick up within 2-3 days. After the 3 day, I called to inquire about the delay. I kept getting transferred from one person to another( my agent no longer worked for the company). They kept giving me the same story to why my vehicle was not being scheduled with a driver ( none made any sense). They told me it would be schedule this week, but it's been one week and they telling me the same story. I called today once again explaining the urgency for my vehicle to get picked up and the representative hang up the phone on me. I eventually called back and cancel my order. I will find myself another company. Never again!!!"

He kept me informed of his progress the entire trip and delivered ahead of schedule. However, upon receiving my car it was quite dirty on the inside with stains on the leather seat. Not sure whose fault was that, but I wish they were able to clean the car before giving it to the customer."
