"They didn't allow scheduling rides from Bastrop. Was unable to schedule a ride in advance for my wife and her friend to Austin Bergstrom. Had to schedule another service that was willing to pick up from Bastrop. Edit: thank you for your response. My recollection is that we were able to get a quote for the ride but were unable to complete the booking. It kept giving us an error. It is likely as you indicated that you were booked for the day we needed a ride."
