"Every single one of my packages that gets assigned to this shipper (where I have no choice in the shipping company) is marked as "Bad Address" "Unable to Locate". My address is 100% correct and my house is a normal single family home that has been at this address for 17 years. No other companies have this problem delivering packages to our house. When I order from Nordstrom and see that it's been assigned to LSO yet again, I know immediately my things will not arrive on time. I continue to report them to Nordstrom who I order from most frequently. I'm just astounded at how incompetent they are and that not a single package makes it to me on time. This is FRAUD when you've paid for shipping guaranteed by a specific date."

"I ordered a package from SHEIN and after taking weeks to get here when it finally said delivered there was no sign of my package anywhere. If your package is being delivered with this company I wouldn’t even get my hopes up. Also there isn’t even a number or anyone you can contact about the problem so basically you’re just out of money. Do yourself a favor and never use this company ! Thank me later."

"They lost a package that was listed and out for delivery. I had to contact them to let them know it was lost. They thanked me for letting them know it was lost and let me know it would take 2 days to investigate. Two days later they let me know they were still investigating. This company has a 1.2 rating for a reason. They are totally inept. I had to reorder the birthday present that is now over a week past the birthday. It’s hard to be worse than USPS but LSO has accomplished that goal even if they can’t seem to accomplish delivering packages."

"Worst shipping company ever!!!! They have lost two packages and delivered a third to the wrong apt. I am trying to get the vendor to stop using this company. They are so horrible Update the driver delivered one of my packages to the front of the leasing office because they were too lazy to find my apt. The leasing office was open and they still dropped the packages off in front of the door. I had to contact customer service to get a picture of where the packages were left"
