"Rude lady at the front desk. She was nice when I picked up my vehicle but at drop off I called Javier asking where the drop box (the instructions on the app says to leave them at the drop box) but there is no drop box and he told me to leave the keys in the truck, under the seat and to lock the truck because they have extra keys to open the vehicle. I even repeated the instructions to him to make sure he said to leave them IN the truck and he said yes. The lady at the front desk called this morning asking for the keys and I told her Javier told me to leave them in the truck and she said I was not supposed to lock the truck. And I told her Javier told me to lock the truck and she argued back saying he did not, as if she was on the phone call with us??? They do not communicate well with customers or amongst themselves."

"Don’t go to Blanco location. Horrible customer service at this location. We had made a reservation within 8 days to our move. The store canceled U-haul truck reservation at Blanco and changed it to a very far new location without informing us. Other store called Going Postal go to this one excellent location helped me to change reservation. When I called to the blanco location just now the lady was super rude and I’ve told her to cancel reservation they changed without my consent and she canceled wrong reservation on purpose -the one Going postal just made for me. What a ridiculous service… unbelievable. I don’t even have words to describe our frustration."

"I want to commend the manager of this business! Someone hacked my AT&T account and ordered 2 iphones, totaling $1900. They used The Mailing Spot as the "ship to" location. I called and asked the manager to refuse the package. She said she would make sure it happened. She followed through on her promise! She also said she would cooperate with the police on the matter.
