"Today November 4, 2023 at 10:52 AM. The "loud mouth and rude" Hispanic female bus driver (100 Primo "Bus ID 980" from the Mary Louise Station to Centro Plaza) was rude to me and other passengers who boarded her bus because she was late and in a hurry to be relieved. She was also driving at a fast, dangerous speed out of the lanes into the opposite lane passing stops and stoping hard due to her speeding. She was rude because she was late and in a rush to get relieved and go home and she was spending and going in and out of the lanes. My anxiety and blood pressure was elevated and I almost fell due to her unnecessary reckless driving and selfish, disrespectful, inconsiderate self. It's not our fault you are late it's your fault so stop with the foolishness."

"9 out of 10 times they’re on time. Clean buses with AC/heating, the drivers are pretty good as well. VIA app works great, you need the Transit app to look at the bus routes but it works 9/10 with the live bus locations and timing. Been to multiple cities with transport and this one is by far the best one."

"I enjoyed riding the VIA Bus routes that I did during my recent, yet short, visit to San Antonio. The drivers were friendly, and the buses were quiet, inside and out. I collected some schedules to have as souvenirs."
