Papa Johns Pizza 13762 Potranco Road, San Antonio, TX 78245

"We saw the garlic stuffed crust pizza on the website and ordered it. When we got it there was no seasoning in the cheese as advertised. I called because I thought the order was mixed up with the regular stuffed crust pizza but was told this location only adds the garlic seasoning to the outside of the crust because the manager doesn’t enforce them adding the seasoning to the cheese. Total rip off and complete lack of concern for my complaint. This location has lost my business indefinitely."

"This place needs new management. Unfortunately, they're overwhelmed and making many mistakes all the time. I live less than 5 mins away, can't get a simple pizza delivered in an hour. It's insane. Order wings? They get sauce drizzled on them like some dessert topping. What's going on here."

"Called ahead to ask if they can break a 100 dollar bill before I ordered and I was told yes. When we got there to pick up the order I was informed that you all couldn’t break my bill. My change would have been 40 bucks back after tip. Some guy said that if he gave me that, it would be all his money from his drawer. How are you all so unprepared? Not only that you’re being wasteful cause we had to leave our order behind. Do better! Specially with weather like this. You must know people are gonna order in more."

"Order from the other potranco papa johns if you can. There is a difference in quality and taste. Its a new place so the may still be learning i felt like i was eating a flat tortilla pizza and i didnt even order the thin crust."
