"Love this service and reccomend to family but recently on my way to work today at around 12:57 there was an Elegant driver in the Elegant Van driving very erratically. They were swerving the road and switching lanes and speeding (assuming running late) and braked very hard when a cyclist was in the road. Train your drivers to be fun but safe regardless."
