"I am standing in the deli dpt. There are 6 partners working behind the counter. There is one customer being served. After 8 minutes I was assisted . It took hee another 8 minutes to cut my order. She didn't off heb brands nor did she show me how thin she cut my order. There was no friendly greeting or any signs of customer service. And what takes the cake is security is watching me right now and possibly reading what I am writing right now. I wouldn't put it past the security at this store. It is very suss. This heb has lost its focus. They are the big bully on thr block and u don't want to mess with them. I hope that LP is reading this because you have walked past me several times. I know who works in LP for this store. I user to work for this company and know who works in the LP area. You have completely lost it. Shame on you for doing this. 4 people from lp have just walked past me. Lol pathetic. I am going to bring this to a national level. This is all happening in real time."
